David, these links have moved on to greener pastures (the FAQ actually) and don't appear to exist in the document anymore. Can we mark as resolved?

Definitely.

BTW I've taken a look through and a lot has changed in the user guide.  Someone should update the help in org.eclipse.mylyn.help.ui sometime soon (by running the build-helper.xml)
