Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create an OSGi bundle maven project using pax-create-project
2. Install EclipseLink bundles in local repository using maven install:install-file
3. Import the bundles in project using pax-import-bundle
4. Provision the project

More information:
The bundles fail with felix, equinox and knoplerfish.

targetting for 1.1X since the bug list for 1.1 is finalized.  This will make it a candiate for the next patch release.

Changes are to build script generation of JPA and Core manifests to include elements that are available by default in Equinox but not other containers

Testing has been run with OSGi demo
