Patch to add extra column (makes it easier to replicate bug)

Build ID: I20080617-2000

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Apply the 'WithBug' patch to JFace snippet 019 (this adds an extra column)
2. Move 'Age' column into middle column (from right column)
3. Right Click in left half of the 'Surname' column (the right column) and add the 'E-mail' column.
4. Note how email column is being added relative to the 'Age' column and not the 'Surname' column.1.

More information:
I have attached path to fix the issue by taking into account column reordering. This seems to trigger some other odd behavior that I could not figure out. I have only been able to test this on WinXP

To reproduce the odd behavior
1. Apply the 'WithFix' patch to JFace snipper 019
2. Move 'Age' or 'Surname' column to the first column.
3. Right click in the left column and add the 'E-mail' column before it.
4. Note how the 'E-mail' column appears as the 3rd column and not in position 0.

Boris, I'll give this one to you since it appears to be an issue with the new column code...

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it and reopen this bug. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
