Build ID: I20080409-1425

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Start remote debugging
2. Change code locally causing show of Hot Code Replace Fail dialog
3. Hit Alt-D to _D_etach having it instead show _D_etails, curse
4. Repeat 1-3 enough to be frustrated enough to post bug report

More information:
There should be diffent hotkeys associated with different actions.  Perhaps _D_etach and D_e_tails?  See attached image for details.

Changed &Disconnect to Di&sconnect since the details button is not a debug button, but rather the default details button provided to all subclasses of ErrorDialog.
