Steps To Reproduce:
1. Go to Preferences > Team and check "show the file author in compare editors".
2. Open Team Synchronizing and sync a project containing an outgoing change.
3. Click on the file to open compare editor.

Expected:
4a. Right label says: "Remote File 1.17 (ppogorzelski)"

Actual:
4b. Right label says: "1.17 (ppogorzelski)"

Nice catch! The patch fixes the problem. Released to HEAD.
