Description Jörg Thönnes CLA 2008-11-19 07:48:08 EST
If I change a Trac task, I often have to scroll around before I could submit changes.

1. Enter a new comment
2. Scroll to top
3. Open Attributes section
4. Change custom attribute "Add hours to ticket"
5. Scroll down to get access to the submit button.

In order to avoid scrolling, I have to suggestions (2 bugs?) to improve the work flow:

1. Provide easy access to the [Submit] button. IMHO, a very good place would be in the header besides the "Synchronize" and "Web Access" buttons.
2. Provide access to Attributes and Actions sections (ie to _all_ sections) via the Outline view.

We tried putting the submit button in the editor toolbar but it turned out to be confusing. Have you tried using the Alt+Shift+S shortcut?

Yes, that works for me. Changed the title to reflect that.

What do you think about the request to show _all_ sections in the Outline view?

So I could select the Attributes section using the Outline view without scrolling. A generic way to bind navigation shortcuts to the Outline view would be great.
