This patch solves the problem

Build ID: I20080409-1425

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a shell with a DateTime widget
2. In created shell, Type a year value, for example: 1980
3. Try to get and show year value from widget

More information:
The value got from widget when year is typed is the old value, I think that associated Spinner control isn't updated.

I've created a patch that solves the problem.

I use Firefox 3.0 and RAP Latest CVs Version (at 19th of nov. 2008)

Instead of setting the spinner value, the _checkAndApplyYearValue() is called when the full 4 digits of the year is entered. Fixed in CVS HEAD.
