More information:
the extension point is not needed anymore as configuration is completely done within either specific NodeBuilder or extension point "org.eclipse.riena.navigation.navigationNode".
All examples should be refactored.

patch applied:
- extension point "org.eclipse.riena.navigation.subModule" removed
- examples changed to use new "org.eclipse.riena.navigation.assemblies".
