First attempt to read http://www.eclipse.org/projects/project-plan.php?projectid=eclipse
provides no contents at all (except menus and banner).
Hit shift-reload, and then the contents magically appears from now on.

FWIW, ive never seen the above page before and when i went to it the first time it displayed correctly.  Firefox 3.0.3 on Windows XP SP2

If I keep cycling a refresh, sometimes I see the plan, other times I only see the Eclipse header and footer.  I'll investigate a web server node missing an xml/xsl library, although I'd doubt it -- our web server images are copied from a common source.

There was a stale config on www3, hence the intermittent issue.  I've refreshed the config, and we're good.
