Only saw this happen once.  Opened a new bug editor, pressed Ctrl+Shift+S to submit and it immediately resulted in 7 duplicate bug submissions.

Whoa, that's not good.  I will keep an eye out for this bug, let me know if you see it again.

Haven't seen this recently.  Will reopen if I do.
