We need to be able to dynamically gather and install Tigerstripe generators as part of a Buckminster based Tigerstripe workspace resolution. This will include version support and the use of the implemented ANT task for installation.

Per my discussion with Eric, Buckminster support will soon be removed from Tigerstripe.
