Nick has this stuff in his modelling builds.
Ah, but better, we now have Hudson! https://build.eclipse.org/hudson/job/cbi-linuxtools-0.2.x-Galileo-nightly/ https://build.eclipse.org/hudson/job/cbi-linuxtools-0.2.x-Galileo-nightly/changes Do we really want to use SearchCVS when we can start encouraging people to move to SVN if they want bug/vcs reporting? And does the bugzilla plugin for Hudson work? Testing TBD.
I guess as long as people use bug #s in their commits -- where appropriate -- we'll get the bugzilla integration. How do CVS changes look in Hudson? None of the recent GEF builds had any changes.
(In reply to comment #2) > How do CVS changes look in Hudson? None of the recent GEF builds had any > changes. The current GEF build is for 3.4.x; if we wanted to actually see what CVS monitoring looks like I'd have to switch it over to 3.5.0... which I'll do today.
Created attachment 127352 [details] screenshot, cvs change tracking CVS change tracking works great. I also like the "CI Game" plugin which, because this build passed, gave me a point and put me on the top of the leaderboard: https://build.eclipse.org/hudson/cigame/ Note that CVS tagging cannot be done by Hudson due to permission problems. Build #3 Tagging is in progress: Tagging cbi-gef-3.5.x-nightly #3 as hudson-3 expanding the workspace archive into /tmp/hudson2022tmp tagging the workspace [org.eclipse.gef] $ cvs tag -R hudson-3 cvs [server aborted]: "tag" requires write access to the repository CVS failed. exit code=1 tagging failed cleaning up /tmp/hudson2022tmp Completed
Depends on bug 266901.
Want VCS reporting? Switch your repo to SVN (or start there if a new project). Want Bugzilla reporting? Since bug 266901 is WONTFIX, this is impossible.
