Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Dynamic Web project.
2. Create a Servlet.
3. Expand project > Java Resources: src > Libraries > Web App Libraries (see the attached screenshot). 

The source folder appears as a binaries folder. I don't see any reason to show it like this when there no binaries expected to be found there.

Neeraj, can you investigate?  (It could possibly be related to Konstantin's changes to Java support.)

I haven't seen this bug for long months. I close the ticket.
