The WPE has not been well tested in the area of supporting XHTML editing/rendering to do visual Facelet development support.

We are deferring this feature since the JSF 2.0 spec will not be released in
time for the Galileo release. We will consider this feature for a follow-on
release of WTP

Moving to 3.2M7.  Much of the support is now present in M6, but is not yet complete.
