Importing the Apache Tomahawk 1.1.7 examples' myfaces-example-tiles-1.1.7.war and opening its web.xml lets content assist offer to add the "lang" attribute to the description element.  After adding it, however, validation tells me it's not allowed there.

Seems similar to part of bug 245698? Perhaps our XSD content model adapter gets confused?

Investigating, it does appear likely that this is a duplicate of bug 245698.
