J2ee 1.4 - JBoss  4.2
web project (servlet and jsp) and ear project
publish succeeded but the servlet/jsp browser was not be launched.

I cannot reproduce on Tomcat, and do not have JBoss handy to run. Have you tried this on any other server types?

Can you confirm that everything else proceeds correctly (i.e. server starts, and the only user-visible problem is that the browser never opens)? Are there any errors in the .log?

no there were no errors and I do not have Tomcat, I will test it with the new build today with at least one more server and will update you.
