The first time you select an object (each object) the option "Deleted from Diagram" is not enabled.

On subsequent selections, the option is enabled.

I'm no longer able to reproduce this issue.  I see this defect was reported a while ago so I think the issue has been resolved.  Please reopen if you're still able to reproduce with the latest build.
