Cell IDE feature is current incomplete. I am going to provide a patch to make it usable in PTP 2.1 build.

I am assigning this bug to PTP Core as I don't find a better place to put it (releng?).

This plug-in is just a Branding plug-in for org.eclipse.ptp.cell-feature.

Patch applied and committed. I also remove reference within the feature to org.eclipse.ptp.cell.managedbuilder.examples.ui.
Added org.eclipse.ptp.cell plug-in to repository.
