When hovering over the xmlns value in <taglib id="idvalue0" xmlns="http://java.sun.com/JSP/TagLibraryDescriptor"> , I'm shown two possible hyperlinks that both offer to open the value's URL in a browser.  The platform supplies the URL kind, so the XML supplied detector should not return a result in those cases.

Even stranger, one opens the link with the internal browser and the other with my default OS browser, despite the "Use internal Web browser" radio being selected in the preferences and "Default system Web browser" being selected from the external browser list.
