Steps to reproduce:

Create a new WSDL document using the WSDL wizard and the default settings.
Go to Preferences and turn on the Regenerate bindings on save preference.
Go to the graphical view and expand the binding by double clicking the binding icon.
Add a new operation to the port type.
Save the contents of the WSDL editor.

Notice how the binding content is not re-generated to match the port type.

Expected result:

The binding content must match the port type.

The workaround is to use the Generate binding content wizard.
