For 2.5.0 build (HEAD version), BIRT version in index.jsp of birt runtime need to be upgrade to 2.5.0.

For 2.3.2 build (BIRT_2_3_2_Branch), it needs to be upgraded to 2.3.2

Updated BIRT version in index.jsp to proper versions in HEAD and 2.3.2 branch.
