Older versions of the wiki would allow you to look at just the versions and comments that have not been harvested, yet. This was very useful for a wiki owner to only focus on the open work. In particular the "automatically created" entries do not provide much value, but take a lot of space in the list. A good enhancement would be a filter to only show manual updates as well as only open items in the wiki sites page.
