The 3 EAR, EJB and WEB Eclipse 3.4 projects used to write the WebLogic JPA EAR application tutorial will be checked in and updated against this enhancement request.

- Add OneToOne bidirectional mapping to Cell model for WebLogic quickstart web example
- Add jpa resource path to pick up javax.persistence.spi in META-INF/ dir due to new packaging for SE projects
