Steps To Reproduce:
- Start Cocoa Eclipse 3.5M2
- Click Eclipse > About Eclipse
-> no "About Eclipse" Window shows up

Environment:
Mac OS X 10.5.5, Dual G5
java version "1.5.0_16"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_16-b06-284)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.5.0_16-133, mixed mode, sharing)

More precisely:

Eclipse > About Eclipse window does not show up.

Window > About Eclipse SDK window shows up, but the menu entry should not be present on a Mac.

For carbon, the UI team does this using CarbonUIEnhancer (or some such class).

on carbon this is handled by the carbon ui fragment.
