The vServer installation on mylyn.eclipse.org is running an old version of Redhat that has not been updated in a while. It does not easily support required libraries for the latest Bugzilla and Trac versions that we are running on the server for automated tests. Would it be possible to provision a new vServer for Mylyn that runs a newer version of either Debian, Redhat or SuSE Linux and has access to a dep/rpm repository to allow installation of perl, python and other required packages? In addition previous committers have had accounts on the system that I would like to remove. A new system would ensure that there is nothing left, e.g. ssh keys that might still enable access to the system. It would be great if the we could use the old and new server in parallel for a bit to copy the existing data or if the new server would have access to the contents of the old server disk. The configuration of the existing vServer should be standard except that mylyn.eclipse.org has 1 GB of swap to enable running Apache Tomcat.
We don't currently have any slots available, but additional slots may be available soon.
Closing as mylyn.eclipse.org has been updated. -M.
Thanks Matt!
