When I call Generate Get/Set Methods or other commands which insert source code
in my file, this source code is usually inserted at the bottom of the file.
Not the best for me. Wouldn't it be possible to insert those things before all
the fields in the end of the file?

we have plans to improve the Generate Get/Set Methods dialog

group all getter/setter usability issues in bug 24681.
will reopen for 2.2
