+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #248216 +++

We now have up/down buttons on the properties section. However, they aren't enabled / disabled properly in my opinion. For example, if you can't go up, up shouldn't be enabled. If you can't go down (ie., the last item on the list), down shouldn't be enabled.

Ideally you should be able to multi-select elements and move then up and down
together.  Can you do that?

+1 for this common issue with Up/Down buttons.

Now we can select many properties and move up and down.

if you select the first one, we disable Up button.
if you select the last one, we disable Down button.
