Sending of reports now requires users to schedule four jobs: three for the reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), one for the updating.

It would be a lot easier to just require job_daily to run only once a day (as the name suggest) and then send reports in this job. That way users only have to schedule one job.

so job_daily would contain following statements:

job_daily_report
job_weekly_report if Time.now.wday == 1 # monday, sunday is 0
job_monthly_report if Time.now.day == 1 # first day of the month
