Compare of versions of some pages fail with error message undefined method `deep_clone' for #.

This caused by presence of comments in the page HTML. This is easily fixed with different tidy config. 

Add line hide-comments: yes to tidy.cfg. 

Recommneded is to also add the following property.
drop-proprietary-attributes: yes

The change to tidy.cfg does not require a restart of the webserver.
