Steps To Reproduce:
1.Install COSMOS other than default port, say 8090 and then 
Open COSMOSUI under IE Or Firefox 
2.Go to "Sample Repository with Query" -> right click and select "CMDB Graph Response Report"

Output:
- Page not found (can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:8080)

On analysis, it is found that content_provider is hardcoded in the following file - COSMOSUI//views/detail/queryCMDBf/view.jprop

content_provider:"http://localhost:8080/COSMOSReportViewer/webcontent/report.jsp"
