Updates for remote server packages build script to:

- include non-class files (properties files) in CDT jars
- add the CDTMiner to minerFile.dat

We also need to fix the links to the Eclipse 3.4 and RSE 3.0 zips.  We have a patch for that in bug 245197 so I won't include it in this patch.
