Report design

1) Attached Customer Listing report
2) View Report as HTML
3) Result: All rows are displayed with just 1 page header row

Expected Result: Page header row is displayed every 10 rows

4) View Report in Web Viewer
5) From Web Viewer select Print Report, Report Format as HTML, select All Pages; cancel the printer dialog
6) Result: Page header row is displayed every 10 rows

For "HTML" mode, by default pagination is not enabled. We are working on another enhancement to provide emitter UI extensions to allow user specify options for each emitter when preview.
