The DSEditPropertyDialog should be changed to this:

Name:
Type: 
Values:

The values field should be just a text area where you can type multiple values. Internally, we should parse these fields and decide if we should set the "value" attribute or put things in the "body" element. This should be decided if there are one or more values (according to the spec)
