There are three thing that can improved here:
1) the "More..." belongs to the package (first blurb) and not to the 'Eclipse Project download page' link
==> move it before "Note:..."

2) The 'Other downloads' link is redundant and should be removed.

3) a line break before mentioning other downloads will ease the readability

Thanks for the report, I've made some changes, not exactly what you asked for tho.

I've done the opposite of 2)  I've removed the note text.  It looks better as a single link then as a huge note at the end. This solves problem 1 and 3 at the same time.

Marking as FIXED. Reopen if there's a need.
