I have a report with charts, with dimension fixed to 900x700. When i execute it on web they look fine.. but when I export them to PDF or doc the appear clipped.. it looks like the emitter is trying to prevent the chart for going outside the page.. but the problem with it is that it appears clipped.. On BIRT 2.2 the chart would be resized to adjust to page size... Is there any way to configure the size to prevent this to happen??

Yes, but that bug is only for PDF, i need it for PDF and DOC. I need the patch for 2.3 release please, for both formats.. The patch submitted there won't work for me as it's for 2.2.2.
In some cases, birt should not adjust the chart's height and width in doc. Please refer to bug #232905 https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=232905
as there are two total different feature request for this issue, BIRT needs to define a new property max-height to archive the target. defer to 2.5.0.
Could you submit me a patch just to make the exporting work as it did in 2.2? As far as a i've seen on 2.2 source code.. it's just adding 3 or 4 lines.. Could you provide me with the three jar files patched? I have missed something in the building and it doesn't work for me..
The released birt source for 2.3 build file seems to be outdated.. javacSource and javacTarget is set to 1.3 and 1.2 If i changed them to 1.5 i get the following error [javac] bad class file: C:\BIRT\birt-source-2_3_0\plugins\org.eclipse.birt.report.engine\bin\org\eclipse\birt\report\engine\content\IStyle.class [javac] class file has wrong version 50.0, should be 49.0 [javac] Please remove or make sure it appears in the correct subdirectory of the classpath. [javac] import org.eclipse.birt.report.engine.content.IStyle; Please try to give me the jars Thanks

You attached the java file.. not the class file.. please attach the WordEmitterImpl.class file Also please provide the same fix for PPT and PDF Maybe the best is if you can provide me with the jar files directly..

I can not provide a simple patch for 2.3.0 for PDF and PPT since we need do a lots of changes. so it is scheduled to 2.5.0 Thanks
