Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a long running service. Connect it to the device framework
2. Run the service through the Instance View
3. Watch the tool behavior

The UI gets blocked while the service is being run, due to the thread that runs the procedure. A job would be the most appropriate way to run the service. 

Tip: When implementing the fix, it is nice to provide the progress monitor to the service, as well as an attribute map
