The SVN repository seems to be down at least since yesterday. I am not able to even connect to it. Others seem to be able to connect to it but get strange revision numbers for their files. So could we please use this bug to track the errors and more important to provide some feedback for the users about the repository's status?!

The error message that I get is the following:

svn: Cannot connect to 'svn+ssh://dev.eclipse.org': There was a problem while connecting to dev.eclipse.org:22
