French translation truncation

Build ID: 3.3.3

Steps To Reproduce:
1.apply French language pack
2.new or import a WSDL
3.the property tab of part is truncated, please see attached pictures.

Amy, I think I have seen this type of behaviour even with long English strings and it seemed to go away when resizing the workbench window or reseting the perspective.

agree a duplicate of bug 105366, so close.
