Automated build infrastructure

This zip file provides a PDE basebuilder-based build (sorry, didn't know how else to describe it ;) that packages together the feature and plugins for RDT as an Eclipse update site.

The way it's set up assumes that all the dependencies (i.e. Platform, CDT, Mylyn and RSE) live in /common/dist.  These properties can be redefined so they point elsewhere.

I'll attach a patch shortly that adds all the other plugins to the existing RDT feature in CVS.
