Proposed patch

When a project is closed, RDT isn't notified of any changes to its contents. When the project is reopened, RDT isn't notified that the project "exists" again. This can cause RDT's metadata (as well as the contents of the remote index server) to go out of sync with the actual project contents over time.

This patch modifies RDT so that it listens for changes in the workbench related to project modifications and resynchronizes its metadata appropriately.
