Proposed patch

The plugin org.eclipse.ptp.rdt.core isn't configured properly for PDE-based builds.  The source folder "miners" is missing from build.properties.

This is causing PDE-based builds (e.g. using Export -> Features/Plugins, or doing basebuilder-based automated builds) to choke because of unresolvable classes.
