Steps To Reproduce:
1. open C\C++ project properties
2. see  C\C++ build
3. open Behaviour.


More information:
You can see RadioButton "Use optimal jubs number". It sets make commant as "make -j", but "-j" option makes all cpp-files concurrently. I have more then 50 cpp-files and make them all concurrently it's not good idea.
