The feature.xml file in the org.eclipse.photran-feature project is missing the required org.eclipse.photran.core.intel plug-in which the org.eclipse.photran.managedbuilder.intel.ui depends on (it depends on the errorparser from core.intel as listed in its plugin.xml file).

This simple patch just includes that requirement in the feature.xml file.

Thanks; actually, we're going to separate the Intel and XLF compiler support into separate features for beta 4, so we just removed the dependence from the main Photran feature.
