1. Right-click on a plug-in project's MANIFEST.MF file.
2. PDE Tools > Organize Manifests...
3. Use the Alt+F hotkey to 'Finish' the wizard.
4. Oh no you don't!

It seems that the 'Package filter:' text field is jacking the 'F' mnemonic key. The attached patch ought to fix this problem.
