We should show Error decorators against the relevant Field, method etc in th explorer (and Class Diagrams) rather than just against the 'patrent' artifact.

Per Eric....
 we should extend the existing problemDecorator to take into account the field error. This may however require a change on the way we currently create Imarkers, as I believe they are created against an Iresource (i.e the artifact level for us). Something to explore.

- Create an entity with an attribute of type int
- Set default value of attribute to "foo" and save the file.
