The Save Patch dialog allows to select a path in the workspace. Displayed projects are sorted alphabetically. The problem is that projects starting with an upper case letter are before project starting with lower case letter (ie one get AppleProject, BananaProject and then appleProject and bananaProject). This is not the same order as in Package or Project Explorer.

Setting a comparator on the tree viewer will do the job. I guess org.eclipse.ui.views.navigator.ResourceComparator would work fine here.
