Fix

Some new MI commands are being introduced in the new version of GDB to support multi-process debugging.  Since adding these commands to our plugin will not have any backwards compatibility issues, I thought it would be nice to get them in right away.

The commands are
-list-thread-groups
-target-attach
-target-detach

The patch looks fine.  My only comment (for future reference) is to take care to make new MIInfo objects immutable.  Bug 196521 is open to do this for this for all the MIInfo objects... but obviously it's not been a high priority :-)
