Steps To Reproduce:
1. open "Software Udpates and Add-ons"
2. at the "Available Software" tab, "Add site..."
3. enter "http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update/extras"
4. the update site isn't added, there is no error message displayed or added to the log file


More information:
I can without problems access the update site using a browser. First, it seemed to redirect to a different address (something with "ganymede" in it), but I can't reproduce that any longer.

The problem is that the update site is already in the list of managed sites (it is contributed by one of the Mylyn features) but it is disabled. To enable it go to "Manage Sites" and select the Mylyn Extras site.
