Steps To Reproduce:
1.open COSMOS UI
2.select "Sample Repository with Registration" from Data Managers view
3.Right click and select "Deregister Configuration Items..." and select "Sample Repository with Query"

Output:
- Just displays 'Deregistration Response' Dialog with no additional information.

When no items are returned from a de/registration then a "No Items Returned" message is now shown.

Dojo 1.1 has regressed this fix.

This is verified on latest i12 candidate driver #2 and found to be working fine with appropriate message, moving it to verified state.
