Current tooltip in the task list view for new tasks only shows summary and "new unread task" text, which is not very informative. It would be nice to show reporter and beginning of description text on new task tooltips, so it would be similar to tooltip shown for new comments that include commenter and beginning of comment text.

Mylyn has been restructured, and our issue tracking has moved to GitHub [1].
